We act exclusively for the buyer. The engagement begins with an investment brief covering intended use, target yield, capital growth expectations, budget and time horizon, and we source against that brief across coastal residential, commercial and mixed-use assets in Tunis, and development land.
A significant share of the better assets transacts privately rather than through listings, and pricing varies considerably between districts that appear comparable from abroad. Our sourcing draws on direct relationships with developers, landowners and local agents, and we present only what meets your criteria.
On each shortlisted asset we commission title and status verification through local counsel and notaries, provide an independent valuation view, negotiate on your behalf and coordinate the transaction through to signed deed and registration.
